Returns & Refunds: Vinyl Lift Off Remover

Due to the nature of this product, we are unable to accept returns.

Albachem VLR Vinyl Lift Off Remover is supplied as a sealed chemical product.

In accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the product has been unsealed, as it cannot be safely returned for health and hygiene reasons.

• Returns are not accepted once despatched.
• Refunds are only issued in cases of non-delivery, loss in transit, or damage during transport.
• Any delivery issues must be reported to Dae Ha within 48 hours.

Refunds:

Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

• The product has not been delivered
• The product has been lost in transit
• The product has been damaged in transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence)

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect ordering
• Opened or used products
• Products returned without prior authorisation

By placing an order for this product, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final once dispatched, except where non-delivery or transit damage has occurred.
