Shipping policy

All Mainland Europe Orders for VLR & DFR, are Fulfilled & Shipped from the Netherlands. No Customs Fees.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Due to the chemical nature of this product, VLR & DFR cannot be returned once dispatched. Please ensure you order the correct quantity. See our Refund Policy for full details.

All orders are shipped Standard Delivery UPS or DPD, and require a signature on delivery. Please note these products CANNOT be shipped by air, therefore no Express Service is available. Post Code restrictions apply.

Orders will be despatched between 1-2 Working Days from the time of your order confirmation, and you'll receive a tracking email once your order has been booked for collection by UPS/DPD. 

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
