Product Terms & Conditions – Albachem VLR Vinyl Lift Off Remover

1. Product Information

Albachem VLR Vinyl Lift Off Remover is a chemical-based product supplied in sealed packaging. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, the product cannot be returned once dispatched, except where required under applicable law.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer law, customers normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery.

However, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to:

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery.

As this product is sealed and cannot be safely returned or resold once opened, the right of withdrawal is waived once the product has been dispatched.

By placing an order for this product, you acknowledge and accept this exemption.

3. Returns

Returns are not accepted for this product under any of the following circumstances:

Change of mind.
Incorrect ordering.
Product has been opened or used.
Product returned without prior authorisation.

Due to safety and compliance requirements, we are unable to accept returns of this item once dispatched.

4. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:

The product was not delivered.
The product was lost in transit.
The product was damaged in transit.

Any damage or delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, supported by photographic evidence.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately at info@daehaeurope.com, quoting your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue in line with EU consumer protection requirements.

6. Safety & Handling

Customers are responsible for using this product strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s safety instructions. We recommend reviewing all safety and handling guidance prior to use.

7. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by applicable EU consumer protection laws. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under EU law.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms govern the sale of goods to consumers within the European Union. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen display differences.

All products are supplied for professional garment decoration and textile printing applications and must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

4. Prices & VAT

All prices are shown in the applicable currency and include VAT where required, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, however prices confirmed at the time of order will not be affected.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

Payment cannot be authorised.
The product is unavailable.
There is an obvious pricing or listing error.

6. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of order using the payment methods available on the website.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received and cleared.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframes stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer upon delivery.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

9. Withdrawal Exemptions

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery.

10. Returns

Where the right of withdrawal applies, returned goods must be:

Unused.
In original, unopened packaging.
Returned within 14 days of notification.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

11. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods or confirmation of withdrawal, using the original payment method.

Refunds may be withheld until goods are received back or proof of return is provided.

12. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products, including chemical-based and sealed items, are non-returnable once dispatched or opened. These products are clearly identified on the product page and at checkout.

Refunds for these products will only be issued in cases of:

Non-delivery.
Loss in transit.
Damage during transport (reported within 48 hours of delivery).

13. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

14. Use of Products & Safety

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used safely and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable regulations.

We accept no liability for misuse, incorrect application or failure to follow safety guidance.

15. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Any liability that cannot be excluded under EU law.
