Our Polyurethane (TPU) based DTF hot melt powder is engineered to deliver exceptional softness, stretchiness and durability in your transfers.

Save energy costs with a lower melting point than with other powders, this hot melt powder provides transfers with an excellent feel, transparency, bending resistance & flexibility. For the DTF Transfer printing industry, and widely used for swim suit decoration, high flexibility fabrics and high end interlining.

For Best Results:

• For best results when using, put your transfer in the oven at 110C to 130C. During the baking stage you want to look out for the 'orange peel' effect. Your final oven temperature should be adjusted according to your actual print machine, print speed and print room environmental conditions. When using your heat press to transfer your image, have the heat press set to 130 - 140C degrees and press for 8 to 10 seconds with medium pressure. 
  

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry environment, between 15C-25C, Relative Humidity 40-60%. 
• Keep bag zip locked at all times when not being used.
• Keep out of direct sunlight.
• Shelf Life 1 Year.

IMPORTANT:

• Due to the 80-200micon particle size of this DTF Hot Melt Powder, we strongly recommend that you wear a dust mask when handling / using this product.
